Lakeshore Crossings Business Park was built in the heart of the city’s fastest-growing business corridor. The development company, Brookmont Realty Group, wanted a fresh new way to position the park to prospective tenants.
To communicate the flexibility, convenience and affordability Lakeshore Crossings offers, we commissioned distinctive illustrations of roads forming a business person, a coffee cup, a computer and a piggy bank. Colors were used that reflected the changing seasons.
Lakeshore Crossings reached capacity as businesses explored the new corridor that put their business on the right road.
