A new brand for a 100-year-old bank had to be created after Aliant Bank was purchased by USAmeriBank. However, it was important that the new brand reflect the bank’s mission: Banking On Alabama.
The story of telling Aliant’s success over a century took looking back at the innovator whose vision of community still powered the bank’s growth: Founder Ben Russell.
The new brand symbolizing an alliance: a stronger partnership in banking through connections and relationships that last generations, came to life via branch signage, in branch collateral, web and more.

By 2017, 1 billion smart phone users will have used their device for banking purposes up from 45 million in 2014.
